Join a fintech broker-dealer shaping API-driven workflows. You’ll support clients and broker partners on service needs, handle ACATS and non-ACATS transfers, process operational requests, collaborate with trading, operations, sales, solutions, and engineering, and assist customers with API usage and workflow guidance in a remote, global Transfers team.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the first point of contact for service needs and issues from clients and broker partners.
•Handle a diverse range of brokerage questions spanning account services, trading, transfers, funding, and operations.
•Submit and process operational requests such as order entry, account maintenance, fund distributions, and journals.
•Interact with multiple internal groups to resolve client issues (trading desk, operations, sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, product).
•Assist customers with basic technical requests, including API usage questions and platform navigation.

Key Requirements

•One to two years of experience in the securities industry.
