Strategy & Operations Associate

Drive high-priority initiatives across the business by working closely with core teams across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. Partner with leadership to solve business and product challenges, lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, and help improve how the company operates by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. Research new markets, products, and opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes as BJAK scales.
