Key Responsibilities

  • •Build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project parties.
  • •Administer contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion; manage cost variance and contract cash flow with timely applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to support delivery of deliverables, KPIs, cost control, and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change, drive improvements to forecast/budget accuracy, and lead final account negotiation and agreement.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience.
  • •Preferably MRICS.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
  • •Post-contract administration experience.
  • •Experience leading and managing teams on major programmes and infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways).
