Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and transactions while maintaining service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; meet personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations and inventory tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, receiving shipments, and managing product movement).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
