Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of the dealership’s parts operations to achieve revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Oversee daily/weekly performance reviews, analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans to hit targets.
  • •Drive consistent execution of operating standards including standardized work, 5S, and safety protocols.
  • •Ensure facility maintenance, cleanliness, brand/OEM image standards, and compliance with OSHA and loss-prevention measures.
  • •Recruit, hire, retain, train, certify, and develop the parts team of up to 40; deliver feedback and performance reviews to drive accountability.

Key Requirements
