Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall production activities for a manufacturing cell/work center to achieve schedule, quality, cost, and safety goals.
  • •Review production orders/schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet specifications and delivery dates.
  • •Analyze production/operating reports to address operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems and prevent delays.
  • •Reduce operating costs by driving Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and Continuous Improvement, including initiating Kaizen events.
  • •Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality, and support engineering during design and new product introduction to meet customer delivery timelines.

Key Requirements
