The Women’s Merchandiser will develop and execute assigned assortments for the Alo brand, acting as the expert on customer needs and marketplace capacity. Own seasonal and annual line plans, collaborate with Design and Buying, and translate brand vision into data-driven assortment strategies, pricing, and in-store knowledge to drive growth in the women’s apparel category.
