Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day country accounting and US GAAP group reporting; prepare IGAAP financial statements and support statutory audit and tax audit.
  • •Ensure integrity of financial reporting through balance sheet reviews and high-quality account reconciliations per corporate directives.
  • •Drive budgeting and FP&A analysis, including monthly and quarterly reviews of actuals versus budget, and prepare narratives for MBR/QBR.
  • •Oversee treasury operations, including fund forecasting, hedging FX exposure, and optimizing fund productivity.
  • •Ensure compliance with corporate tax, transfer pricing, GST, customs VAT, excise, service tax, and Companies Act requirements; coordinate with legal and shared services.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountancy qualification; additional Company Secretary qualification is a plus.
  • •5-7 years of finance and accounts experience with increasing responsibility in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Expertise in Indian GAAP and the ability to interpret US GAAP for internal reporting.
  • •Exposure to corporate tax filings and assessments, with the ability to interpret Income Tax laws.
