Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the enterprise administrator for the EHS training program and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix across roles and locations.
  • •Coordinate development and revision of EHS training content with EHS subject matter experts, regulatory specialists, and instructional designers.
  • •Assign required training through the LMS and monitor completion rates, following up to ensure compliance.
  • •Maintain accurate training records and documentation for regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits.
  • •Support audits by providing trainee qualifications/completion status and improve training processes, workflows, reporting, and system utilization.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3–5 years administering compliance or EHS training programs.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory training requirements.
  • •Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing training records in a regulated environment.
  • •Experience developing interactive training content and strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.
