Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the solution lifecycle to help them achieve goals.
  • •Translate customer requirements into technical solutions across multiple technology domains and own solution design.
  • •Participate in presales by scoping Statements of Work (SOWs), reviewing/creating proposals, and positioning Cisco’s value.
  • •Design high-level architectures, plan implementation strategies, and advise cross-functional teams for customer projects.
  • •Create and deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials to support implementation and transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum BA degree in an engineering field or equivalent.
  • •Technical background across multiple technology domains to translate complex solutions into outcome-based added value for customers.
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • •Experience in presales and solution design.
  • •Ability to manage complex projects and customer relationships.
