Job Summary

Lead board/system test engineering across the full product lifecycle, from pre-silicon design-for-test and test planning to NPI automated test equipment (ATE) solutions and mass-production support. Drive on-site factory debug of test interface hardware, perform board issue analysis and device performance data analysis, and support hardware/software and system integration. Guide production test release, improve yield and reduce test time, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and peers to unblock volume ramp.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead board/system test activities across pre-silicon, NPI, and production phases.
•Develop and drive automated test equipment (ATE) test solutions, verification, and validation of product performance.
•Perform on-site factory debug of test interface hardware and board issue debug; analyze device performance data.
•Coordinate hardware/software and system integration, characterization testing, and production test release.
•Lead cross-functional engineering efforts to improve yield, reduce test time, and support server manufacturing bring-up/testing/training.

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
•Experience in HW troubleshooting with strong communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to develop test plans and perform board/system test debug, including board issue debug.
•Experience releasing cost-effective production test solutions into mass production and supporting test in production.
•Familiarity with Linux environment, including Linux shell scripting and/or Python programming.
