Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day and ensure efficient order delivery to customers.
  • •Load and prepare the van, ensuring all orders are together for delivery.
  • •Complete appropriate vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health and safety.
  • •Provide great customer service on the road, including helping customers with their shopping and building rapport.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks (e.g., stock replenishment and housekeeping) when not out on deliveries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Strong time-management skills.
  • •Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting crates and moving cages.
