Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth doula support as part of Loula’s independent provider network.
  • •Attend births and deliver doula care aligned with your training and experience.
  • •Maintain required training and documentation (CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance) as needed for partnership.
  • •Work with Loula’s Care Navigator and participate in the screening process when invited.
  • •Serve insured clients through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program while keeping your own practice in a non-exclusive network.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attend 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
