Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic advisor and operating partner to senior leadership, translating vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • •Create and evolve operating rhythms to provide clarity, focus, and cohesion across CDX priorities and planning.
  • •Design scalable tools and processes to improve organizational effectiveness and synthesize data for transparency.
  • •Partner with Corporate Finance to synchronize operational roadmaps and financial forecasts and optimize resource allocation against fiscal targets.
  • •Act as connective tissue across Product, Tech, Design, and Finance, and lead high-stakes special projects in matrixed environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,500 - 286,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Chief of Staff experience.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in strategy development.
  • •5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy.
