Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Company attendance policies (including ACP) and collective bargaining agreements, coaching and counseling employees on lost-time irregularities such as ID and FMLA.
  • •Administer Company, local, state, and federal time-away-from-work laws and ensure compliance across station and region processes.
  • •Provide guidance on time and attendance systems (Attendance and Performance System, WorkBrain, Employee Central) and related payroll issues.
  • •Analyze and report station/region lost time and Injury-on-Duty results to identify issues and develop action plans to reduce upward trends.
  • •Partner with station and union leadership, labor, legal, HR and others; communicate attendance strategies and trends to company leadership.
