Head of Simulation Engineering

Own simulation quality and the end-to-end pipeline from research prototypes to production deployment, including architecture, operating model, evaluation, rollout, observability, and iteration. Build evaluation harnesses, benchmarks, and regression tests to ensure behavioral fidelity and calibration. Make large multi-agent runs reproducible, debuggable, and efficient, partner with research on launch evidence, and lead/hire a simulation engineering team while staying hands-on.
