Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize day-to-day operations across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely progress on multiple workstreams. Maintain momentum with meticulous task tracking in Jira, prepare dashboards and reports, and flag blockers early. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll improve processes, documentation, and communications to help scale Air Apps’ AI-powered PRP platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks.
•Support project execution by updating and managing task tracking systems - particularly Jira - with a high level of precision.
•Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures, and status updates.
•Organize and maintain documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
•Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits
