Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, transformation, and support projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • •Own SAP FICO solution design and architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
  • •Coordinate client engagements and translate business objectives into effective SAP FICO solutions while serving as a trusted advisor.
  • •Manage SAP FICO project teams (assign responsibilities, monitor progress, review deliverables) and ensure successful project execution.
  • •Design, configure, and oversee SAP FICO functionality (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA), integration with other SAP modules, and testing including UAT for deployment readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FICO, including SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • •Proven experience leading SAP FICO implementation, transformation, or support projects from requirements to post-go-live.
  • •Strong expertise in SAP FICO solution design/configuration, integration, and business process optimization.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring SAP FICO consultants and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
