Job Summary

Support the Revenue Operations team by leading revenue recognition activities, including recording revenue, performing reconciliations, and delivering analytical insights to management. Own non-standard revenue adjustments and complete revenue-related general ledger reconciliations (Deferred Revenue, Accounts Receivable). Partner cross-functionally across sales, order management, collections, and technical accounting, and assist with quarterly SOX and external audit coordination and international revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead revenue recognition processes, including recording revenue and performing reconciliations, and provide analytical insights to management.
•Maintain and record non-standard revenue adjustments monthly in collaboration with business partners and the technical accounting team.
•Complete revenue-related general ledger reconciliations, including Deferred Revenue and Accounts Receivable.
•Assist with quarterly audit coordination for SOX and external audit.
•Work cross-functionally with sales, order management, collections, technical accounting, and business teams, and liaise with international controllership teams for revenue reporting and analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,500 - 125,000

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent work experience).
•3+ years of experience in Revenue or Accounting at a public accounting firm and/or similar industry experience.
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
•Experience with revenue recognition, reconciliations, and revenue-related general ledger processes.
•Systems experience with Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and Blackline (preferred).
