Job Summary

Analyze customer RFQs and contractual requirements, translate operational needs into Metering Skid solutions, and create compliance matrices. Develop high-level system architecture and solution design across configuration, metering system, flow meters/computers, and PLC-based operation. Prepare detailed estimates, bills of material, gap analysis, and technical clarification responses, then build complete technical proposals and support customer presentations and contract scope freeze activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze customer RFQs, specifications, tender documents, functional design specifications, and contractual requirements to manage compliance.
•Convert customer operational requirements into complete Metering Skid solutions and prepare high-level system architecture and solution design.
•Perform estimation and costing, including engineering/development/testing/commissioning/support efforts and effort estimations using historical data.
•Prepare complete Bills of Material (BOM), validate completeness and compliance, and coordinate with procurement/vendors for pricing and quotations.
•Conduct gap analysis and technical clarifications, develop technical proposals (including compliance matrices, schedules, and risk assessments), and support customer presentations and proposal reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex customer specifications.
•Ability to review and analyze customer RFQs, specifications, tender documents, and contractual requirements and translate them into Metering Skid solutions.
•Experience preparing compliance matrices, identifying deviations/exclusions, and performing bid qualification and feasibility assessments.
•Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills, including estimation, costing, and bill of materials preparation.
