•Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic and isolation procedures; track collections and record quality-control results in required logs/systems.
•Resolve unusual test orders by contacting appropriate clinical partners and route unresolved items for clarification.
•Manage patient service center operations, including phlebotomy equipment/supplies, scheduling issues, and vendor support.
•Oversee phlebotomy program tasks such as draw status communication, distribution/claiming monitoring, customer feedback, and training compliance (HIPAA/PHI and security) within the first 30 days.
