Key Responsibilities

  • •Support prototype and sample invoice management, including related movements/loads.
  • •Assist the team in creating orders in the system for prototypes and samples.
  • •Request and verify pricing needed to enter orders into the system.
  • •Support collection development activities such as sending materials, preparing pick lists, and creating color folders.
  • •Monitor shipments and deliveries of raw materials, and manage the internal photo archive and technical model checks (including inserting drawings and sketches).

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably have some initial experience in the role or have undertaken studies related to the sector.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledge of PLM and Stealth systems is a preferred requirement.
  • •Strong attention to detail and precision, with flexibility and energy.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Italian.
