Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end industrialization from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability, efficient launches, and reduced time-to-market.
  • •Analyze and optimize value streams; develop scalable processes and implement standardized layouts, routings, and work instructions.

  • •Experience with manufacturing process design and validation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Lean and continuous improvement methods; strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
