Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects across the full development lifecycle.
  • •Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and financial budgets; track progress and report KPIs.
  • •Coordinate project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements; manage procurement and vendor negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction with a portfolio of delivered projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and software tools.
  • •Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, with understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
  • •Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
