Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments.
  • •Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies.
  • •Familiarity with PCBA testing, sensor validation, actuator testing, calibration workflows, or end-of-line manufacturing test systems.
