Support the pursuit of new work by coordinating and leading proposal activities, managing content, and ensuring bid compliance across regions. Provide market research, editorial input, and project management for RFI/RFP responses within a hybrid Burnaby-based team.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals (cross regions or business lines), supporting from capture through to interview stage.
•Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan and production; provide leadership for document design.
•May act as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
•Facilitate color review (Pink/Red) reviews and implement revisions based on review teams’ directions.
•Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, capture planning and positioning activities for proposal preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 64,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, preparation, or related work in a professional services environment.
•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) considered an asset.
