Job Summary

Acquire, develop, and deepen treasury management (TM) customer relationships by prospecting, structuring pricing, and preparing customer proposals. Proactively manage banker relationships through 1:1s, relationship plans, pipeline reviews, and joint calling with internal partners. Maintain weekly and monthly sales results, cross-sell other bank products, and help keep pace with competitor offerings, with potential mentorship of other TM colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and develop profitable treasury management relationships while retaining and deepening existing customer relationships.
•Drive TM opportunities by proactively building internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers.
•Create proposals, manage product pricing and structuring, and cross-sell other bank products.
•Proactively manage banker relationships through routine 1:1s, relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling.
•Maintain weekly and monthly sales results, enter weekly data timely and accurately, and assist with outbound calling initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Three or more years of banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
•Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree.
•Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
•CTP or other professional designation.
