Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of PV modules, inverters, SCBs, UPS, and transformers.
•Monitor SCADA systems and resolve alarms and field issues.
•Operate and maintain switchgear and protection systems (11kV–220kV) and associated equipment.
•Assist erection, testing, and commissioning of transformers, HT/LT panels, and cables; review electrical drawings and coordinate QA/QC inspections.
•Enforce LOTO and PTW systems; lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with SEC/NEOM HSE standards; coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV operations and maintenance.
•Must include experience with robotic module cleaning systems and PV tracking mechanisms.
•Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
•Valid Electrical License (preferred: transferable to Saudi Council of Engineers).
•Preferred Certifications: Electrical Wireman License; First Aid, Fire Safety, H2S.
