Home Lending Enterprise Retail Sales Manager

Lead an enterprise home lending retail team by building a high-performing sales culture and recruiting, coaching, and managing Mortgage Loan Originators and related associates. Drive mortgage and home equity production goals across retail branch markets and Key Private Bank (KPB) referral areas, manage pipeline quality and pull-through, and ensure compliance with lending policies and consumer regulations. Partner with retail and home lending leaders to improve execution, training, and client experience while originating and managing a local book of business.
