Prepare and personally certify large batches of dry food ingredients according to company specifications, ensuring ingredients are used in the right proportions for manufacturing. Work Monday–Friday on 3rd shift (10:30 pm–7 am) with scheduled overtime as needed. Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, maintain paper batch records, calculate quantities for partial batches, and operate production equipment including digital scales, vacuum-assisted lifts, and mixers.
