Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a focal point for the company to worldwide airline customers.
  • •Assist Senior Programme Managers with delivery schedules, meeting quality standards, and financial controls from award to final delivery.
  • •Identify and manage programme risks, issues, and opportunities to protect or improve programme performance.
  • •Assist with leading internal programme teams executing programme requirements and coordinate internal activities to keep tasks aligned to requirements.
  • •Coordinate major customer milestone meetings (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) and compile minutes and action plans; provide weekly status updates, milestone schedules, and risk analysis summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Right to work in the UK; Boeing does not sponsor employment visas.
  • •Studying or graduated from a STEM related degree.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office applications; MS Project is advantageous.
  • •Previous experience with aircraft modification/integration/engineering projects is advantageous but not essential.
  • •Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice, and work independently with some oversight.
