•Identify and resolve data, process, and technical issues; communicate root-cause to stakeholders as needed.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and present data-driven findings and recommendations to non-technical partners.
•Mentor junior analysts, delegating tasks with guidance and validation, and support business needs fulfillment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years’ experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management or 3+ years IT experience.
•Healthcare analytics experience preferred.
•Experience with table creation and indexing, query optimization, and utilization of stored procedures.
•Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages, with preferred knowledge of Python and R and data/business intelligence and visualization tools.
