Job Summary

Own the GTM intelligence layer by maintaining BI dashboards, data models, and semantic layers that keep reporting accurate, trusted, and actionable. You’ll train the Omni AI model for accurate natural-language answers (via Omni and Claude), build pipeline/account intelligence and Salesforce-ready models, and partner with data engineering and RevOps to drive revenue forecasting and adoption of self-serve data literacy across GTM.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and continuously improve dashboards, data models, and semantic data layers used by GTM teams to make decisions.
•Train and improve Omni’s AI model so natural-language queries return accurate, contextually aware results via Omni and Claude.
•Work with data engineering to optimize performance and build pipelines that close missing data source gaps.
•Build pipeline and account intelligence models/dashboards, including engagement signals, account health indicators, and expansion opportunities.
•Define GTM data foundation (field definitions, naming conventions, data quality standards) and build AI context/knowledge infrastructure for GTM workflows.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or revenue operations, comfortable with complex datasets and communicating what the numbers mean.
•Proficient with SQL, including joins, window functions, and aggregations to model data correctly.
•Hands-on AI experience using AI tools and building reliable LLM-based workflows or automations.
•Strong understanding of APIs and MCPs for integrations and boundary work between data and tooling.
•Experience modeling CRM data (Salesforce or similar) for reliable reporting and AI consumption.
