Provide end-user support for the school community by managing help desk requests and resolving hardware issues, software installations, and desktop troubleshooting. Support and maintain iOS devices and an iOS server, handle teacher and staff tech support, and manage school IT equipment (including laptop trolleys, CT labs, and whole-site facilities). Perform computer rebuilds as needed and oversee printer consumables and IT equipment setup/removal for school events.

Key Requirements

•Ability to communicate with staff and handle technical issues impacting day-to-day teaching and practice.
•Ability to assess school hardware and maintain stock in good working condition for planned replacements by school leadership.
