Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as case-level Single Threaded Leader for supply chain human rights impacts, managing full lifecycle from investigation through remedy and stakeholder response.
  • •Manage diverse case portfolio (intake to verification) including audit findings, external escalations, worker grievances, and non-audit sources.
  • •Assess risks, facilitate investigations as needed, and drive remediation plans with limited supervision while meeting SLA requirements.
  • •Work with suppliers and service providers on corrective actions and preventative measures; gather and verify evidence and conduct site visits when necessary.
  • •Document case records with clear rationale, identify trending issues, elevate systemic concerns, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on remediation approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials.
  • •Knowledge of international labor standards and human rights frameworks (ILO, UN Guiding Principles).
  • •Experience in global supply chains or manufacturing environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience with case management, issue resolution, or remediation programs.
  • •Proficiency with case management systems and data quality standards, managing multiple cases within SLA requirements.
