Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership in one or more Core Infra areas, closely collaborating with partner teams, define the roadmap for these areas, and drive execution end to end
•Own horizontal scaling, multi-region expansion and GovCloud development, ensuring security, reliability, efficiency and performance with SLAs/SLOs
•Contribute to AI infrastructure development and improve observability, debuggability and AI-assisted troubleshooting
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and execute infrastructure initiatives across regions and teams
•Represent the Foundations Engineering Group in San Francisco, aligning local work with global standards and roadmap

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructures
•BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g. physics or math)
•Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, multi-region, networking, observability, reliability and efficiency
•Experience working at a small company with diverse responsibilities is a bonus
•Ability and interest to quickly learn new frameworks, architecture patterns, and programming languages as needed
