•Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for VKS, identifying market opportunities across cloud-native and AI/ML use cases.
•Translate customer needs into product requirements, specifications, and user experience workflows with engineering and UX.
•Partner with product marketing and sales to create go-to-market collateral and drive early customer adoption and faster VCF deployments.
•Engage open-source communities (CNCF/Kubernetes) and represent VMware at industry forums, VMUGs, and conferences.
•Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with global enterprise customers and partners to validate product direction and build feedback loops.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,800 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Product management experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, platform engineering, or virtualization.
•Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native knowledge, including K8s control plane architecture, Cluster API, scheduling, CNI/CSI, and the CNCF ecosystem alongside vSphere/ESXi.
•Strong cloud infrastructure and DevOps knowledge across compute, storage, and networking for private and public cloud models.
•Ability to discuss technical topics comfortably with principal engineers and enterprise cloud architects.
•Proven track record guiding products from concept through launch with engineering, UX, and GTM teams.
