Call Center Associate

Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Use consultative selling to understand customer needs, handle objections, and drive conversions while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with scripts, quality, and process standards, delivering a strong customer experience. This is an entry-level, on-site night-shift role aligned to North American time zones.
