Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling team members, and educating them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Maintain production by checking daily production orders for fulfillment, ensuring accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before start-up and that machinery is performing; ensure workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Oversee processing operations and work with other supervisors to solve problems; provide continuous education on quality.

  • •Prior supervisory experience required; 1+ years in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
