Audit Director - Mortgage Lending

Coordinate and manage risk-based internal audit assurance services for assigned business units, supporting the Audit Committee and Executive Management. Build and maintain a dynamic audit plan, supervise audit professionals, and lead scoping and execution aligned to audit methodology. Analyze business systems, processes, and controls to assess design and operating effectiveness, ensure compliance, and identify risks. Review and approve audit reports and serve as a subject matter expert while monitoring industry and auditing trends.
