Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product roadmap for Control Center web application capabilities, including authentication, identity management, user roles, permissions, and access control.
  • •Partner with the documentation team to develop and maintain the Pismo developer portal, including frontend features, backend content management infrastructure, and integrations.
  • •Define and drive improvements to internal platform tools to increase efficiency, usability, and adoption.
  • •Lead product discovery by evaluating customer, developer, and internal stakeholder needs.
  • •Work with engineering to translate complex platform work into product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring successful launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •5+ years of product management experience owning software platform roadmaps.
  • •Strong experience with web applications and REST APIs, including system integrations and platform services.
  • •Hands-on product discovery and roadmap ownership, including feature scoping and prioritization.
  • •Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS platforms; comfortable working in Agile environments.
