Job Summary

Own the roadmap for Customer & Developer Experience capabilities that power client onboarding and enhance the Developer Portal and Control Center. Partner with documentation and engineering to scope, plan, and deliver platform improvements—identity and access features, scalable APIs, and more powerful developer/internal tools. Lead discovery using customer and business needs, translate complex platform work into outcome-driven requirements and roadmaps, and ensure features are launched, monitored, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product roadmap for Control Center web application capabilities, including authentication, identity management, user roles, permissions, and access control.
•Partner with the documentation team to develop and maintain the Pismo developer portal, including frontend features, backend content management infrastructure, and integrations.
•Define and drive improvements to internal platform tools to increase efficiency, usability, and adoption.
•Lead product discovery by evaluating customer, developer, and internal stakeholder needs.
•Work with engineering to translate complex platform work into product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring successful launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 131,600 - 210,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
•5+ years of product management experience owning software platform roadmaps.
•Strong experience with web applications and REST APIs, including system integrations and platform services.
•Hands-on product discovery and roadmap ownership, including feature scoping and prioritization.
•Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS platforms; comfortable working in Agile environments.
