Job Summary

Manage end-to-end investment advice for ultra-high-net-worth clients, reporting to the Team Head of Investment Advisory. Support Relationship Managers to drive assets under management, investment-related income, and cross-selling opportunities. Prepare CIP/IPS documents, monitor client investment accounts, and ensure trades are executed and recorded. Perform portfolio analysis and suitability reviews, and strengthen senior client engagement while overseeing team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive investment growth and revenue by supporting Relationship Managers with assets under management, investment-related income, and cross-selling opportunities.
•Provide specialist investment advice and deliver complex investment solutions across multiple asset classes for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
•Manage client investment accounts by preparing CIP/IPS documents, monitoring investment profiles, and ensuring trades are properly executed and recorded.
•Conduct performance reviews and portfolio analysis, including asset allocation and suitability reviews, and recommend investment switches or new ideas.
•Strengthen client engagement through senior-level interactions and oversee team performance and development, including targets, quality standards, and budget tracking.

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of financial experience, including 5 years in investment-related roles.
•3+ years of Private Banking experience with a strong investment focus (preferred).
•In-depth knowledge of investment products, services, fees, legal provisions, and delivery processes.
•Strong understanding of equity, bond markets, unit trusts, and personal investment services to support business planning.
•Solid grasp of investment theory and ability to provide tactical and operational investment solutions.
