Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety and quality by completing required safety training and adhering to safety/regulatory policies.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve safety and quality issues with stakeholders and drive reduction in injuries, hazards, and environmental incidents.
  • •Serve as 2nd line of defense for shift-critical area issues (e.g., lot hold/disposition, excursions, line-downs, tool downs) and interface with HVM Ops and TD 1st Shift.
  • •Develop and execute plans to resolve on-shift process/tool issues, improve output, and mitigate quality risks while maintaining process/tool performance and availability.
  • •Provide process development support (e.g., FA/VPD submission, wafer shipments, SWR execution & data collection, critical lots health checks) and perform data-driven yield/quality troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering, or 3–4 years of wafer fabrication experience.
  • •Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and SPC/process control knowledge, including yield/defect mechanisms and process flow interactions.
  • •Proficiency with relevant Micron systems/tools (e.g., SPC, GerM, MES Central, SWR) and interest in automation/AI agent adoption.
  • •Solid understanding of yield, defect mechanisms, process interactions, and GeRM risks.
  • •Ability to work permanent 12-hour day and night shifts based on business need.
