Production Operator (Nights)

Operate and maintain equipment in the finishing area to manufacture high-quality photovoltaic solar modules at required throughput. Perform preventative maintenance, respond to machine alarms, and conduct basic quality control. Monitor process data to maintain process control, load/unload modules as needed, manage inventory at point of use, and escalate issues that can’t be resolved immediately. Provide reporting during shift changes and follow safety and work-instruction procedures in a production environment.
