Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used to manufacture solar modules at required quality and throughput levels.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance procedures and simple maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Respond to tool alarms or non-standard conditions per work instructions; escalate issues that cannot be fixed immediately.
  • •Perform basic quality control, monitor process data to maintain process control, and load/unload photovoltaic modules as needed.
  • •Ensure proper inventory levels at point of use and maintain proper waste disposal; provide reporting and shift-change communication.
