Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of innovation from concept to execution in commercialization programs (e.g., RAPID, STAR, Technical Feasibility Scans, HACCP).
  • •Partner cross-functionally and align with procurement and business partners on annual category and consumer goals.
  • •Monitor consumer feedback after product launch through handoff and coordinate post-launch reviews (30/60/90 days).
  • •Track and report progress against copack quality goals to key stakeholders and conduct food safety/spoilage risk assessments for new products.
  • •Ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz quality programs, Platinum/Golden rules, and QSPs; support new site approvals and co-packers’ Platinum rule action plans and exceptions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • •Food safety and regulatory requirements, including compliance with KHC and FSMA.
  • •Food safety, regulatory, and quality expectations for suppliers.
  • •Fundamental statistics experience (DMAIC/DFSS, Lean, Metrology, MSA, Sampling Procedures).
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or CPG, including plant and/or corporate quality and RDQI experience.
