•Build and scale a diverse online channel mix for the German market, including native ads, Reddit ads, and LinkedIn ads, with end-to-end ownership from KPI setup to budget.
•Lead direct placements with publishers, managing commercial relationships, negotiations, and performance.
•Own conversion-rate optimization on paid landing pages, design a testing roadmap, and transform traffic into leads.
•Act as project lead for new channel launches, coordinating with design, compliance, and copywriting for long-term rollout.
•Improve processes and implement AI tools to streamline workflows, maintain high performance across established channels, and ensure data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years practical performance marketing experience beyond paid search and paid social, with proven ability to build and scale at least one channel from an early stage (e.g., Native Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, direct placements, programmatic or affiliate).
•Fluent in German (essential for the German market) and fluent in English (business language).
•Experience in fintech, lending, or another regulated industry.
•Strong analytical skills; ability to translate campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations.
•Experience designing and executing A/B tests with a solid understanding of test design and statistical significance.
