Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and business insights.
  • •Analyze sales trends, seasonality, customer demand patterns, and market dynamics to improve forecast accuracy.
  • •Monitor forecast performance, identify forecast variance drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Adjust demand plans based on changing business conditions and emerging trends, and facilitate alignment through S&OP.
  • •Maintain forecasting reports/dashboards and ensure data accuracy and integrity within planning systems, supporting improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, inventory management, business planning, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret large data sets and identify actionable insights.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
