Key Responsibilities

•Lead production support and delivery for Loyalty & Pricing applications, ensuring service levels and quality.
•Oversee production support for customer experience applications such as chatbot and IVR.
•Manage the production support function across locations within SLA, including scheduling, budgeting, testing, and compliance controls.
•Develop and execute a 24x7 support strategy to mitigate financial/operational risk and protect the bank’s reputation.
•Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, specifications, testing scope, UAT, change implementation, and stakeholder communication.
