Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain software applications working closely with AMD software engineers.
  • •Participate in training covering the full software creation process from design through testing and deployment.

  • •Use debugging methodologies to investigate and resolve root causes of software issues.
  • •Support technical/functional documents and reports as needed for certain projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 67,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Canada-based Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • •Knowledge of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
  • •Experience with C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python, Windows PowerShell, Linux shell script, Perl, Java, or JavaScript.
  • •Familiarity with operating systems (UNIX/Linux OS).
  • •Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud platforms (Azure), and/or web frameworks (Django, Rails, Spring Boot).
