Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the senior technical lead on shift, guiding L1 NOC technicians and serving as primary escalation point until resolution or handoff to L3.
  • •Lead incident command by owning the end-to-end incident lifecycle (detection through resolution), including RCA and corrective actions.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot physical infrastructure (PLC/BMS/DCIM), including health checks for UPS, PDUs, generators, and CRAC/CRAH systems.
  • •Troubleshoot networking at L2/L3 (VLANs, IP addressing, MTU, routing basics), validate fiber/copper links and redundancy, and troubleshoot VPNs/secure remote access.
  • •Use observability and ITSM tooling to maintain runbooks/SOPs and improve alerting, dashboards, and operational reliability; coordinate with Engineering and Product on changes and validation.
